JULIO SOTO- CONCEPCION, passed away on July 15, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He is survived by his beautiful and lovely wife, Irma Yolanda Soto-Concepcion.  His beautiful daughters, Zuleyka Soto Soto, and Miriam Soto Lopez.  We extend our profound and sincere condolences to the entire family at this time of great sorrow and loss.

There will be a Visitation on Monday, on July 23, 2018 at Perches Funeral Home, Northeast Location starting at 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm in Chapel A of the Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm.  The Graveside Service will be Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 pm where he will be laid to rest.

Su Visitacion sera el Lunes, 23 de Julio de 2018 en Perches Funeral Home, Sucursal Noreste de 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm en La Capilla A de la funeraria con un Servicio Religioso a las 7:00 pm.  La Sepultura sera el Martes, 24 de Julio de 2018 en el Cemeterio Nacional Fort Bliss a la 1:00 pm su destino final.
